Webasto ei toimi Volkswagen Golf MK7

Hi!

I have a VW Golf MK7 from 2015. Webasto doesn't turn on anymore with "error: auxiliary heating"

Does anyone know what is the specific model that's installed from the factory to these cars, so that I can find the manual en how to investigate the error?

I believe there is a sticker in the engine bay or underneath the hood stating the model.
